Spring Heritage/Planting Day: Matthews Living History Farm Museum (Galax, VA)

The day will begin with shearing the sheep and continue on throughout with the entire process to a finished product (Skirting, Washing, Carding, Spinning, and Crocheting/Knitting/Weaving, look for the time schedule of events upon arrival). We will also be planting the field crops this day on the new plowed ground. Music, Food, Vendors, and lots going on this day, come if you can and help work if you are willing.
